Willie "Bill" Rayford Hatcher, age 80 of Tallapoosa, GA died Monday, September 29, 2014.Born in Dublin, GA, he was the son of the late G.W. Hatcher and Bessie Foskey Hatcher.He is survived by his children, Karen Arcuris of Martinez, Rodney Hatcher of Hiram, Sharon Landers of Temple, Harriett Heard of Mableton; brothers, Carl Hatcher of Stockbridge, Don Hatcher of Newnan; 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by his loving wife, Arlene Kent Hatcher and son, Stanley Hatcher. Funeral Service will be held 1:00 pm Friday, Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Galloway officiating.Interment, Mozley Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friend Thursday evening from 5 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
