Virginia Green Goodwin, age 86 of Lithia Springs died Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Tranquility Hospice.She is survived by her son, Kenneth and wife Sharon Goodwin of Douglasville; daughter, Barbara G. Tipton and husband, Tom of Douglasville; sister, Judy Henderson of Mableton; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel.The family will receive friends Saturday morning from 9 am until time of service.Interment, Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville. A homemaker, Virginia was also a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Mableton. < center >
