Talmadge Eugene Garrett, age 69 of Lithia Springs, died Saturday, November 8, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Garrett; sons and daughter-in-law, Bobby and Amy Garrett of Powder Springs, and Marc Edward Garrett of Lithia Springs; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Gail Garrett of Ohatchee, AL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Eloise White of Centre, AL, James and Virginia Dempsey of Dallas, GA, Bill and Barbara Farrell of Centre, AL, and James and Shirley Martin of Gadsden, AL; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr. Garrett was preceded in death by his parents, Hillburn Monroe Garrett and Della Amos Garrett; siblings, Jewell Dean Garrett, William H. Garrett, Juanita Oakes, and Paul Garrett.
