Shirley Ann Tabor

Ms. Shirley Ann Tabor, age 77, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away on November 15, 2016.Ms. Tabor was born in 1939 to Claude & Edna Wilkey in Kingston, Georgia.She was retired from the Douglas County School System as a school bus driver.In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, shopping from television’s QVC, and watching Law & Order.She will forever be known as a loving mother and doting grandmother.She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Rudolph Wilkey.She leaves to cherish her loving memory, three children: Debbie (Richard A.) Brooks, Jay Alan Tabor, and Elaine Vaughn; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of family, relatives and friends. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm at the Roy Davis Funeral Home in Austell, Georgia.A Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home’s chapel with the Rev. C. E. Wilkey officiating.
