Sam Johnson, 19, of Douglasville, died April 1, 2012.He is survived by his Mother Donna Gale (Husband Richard) Smith of Hogansville, father Steven Johnson & Paula Pierce of Douglasville,Fiance' Brianna Gravitt, brothers: Michael Johnson & Marisa Mauldin of Hogansville, Russell Johnson & Kristi Bailey of Knoxville, TN, Spanky Johnson of Knoxville,TN, 5 nephews, 2 nieces.Sam was in the Class of 2012 at Lithia Springs High School, loved music, songwriting, his band called "The Things" basketball.
