Katie was preceded in death by her husband Edward O'Neal sons, Phillip and Lamar O'Neal.She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Myra & Tommy Costner, Carol & Steve Lewis, Sandra & Charlie Wigley and daughter-in-law Connie O'Neal. sons and daughters-in-law Larry & Brenda O'Neal, Bobby & Gail O'Neal, Ricky & Teresa O'Neal, Mike & Janice O'Neal, sister Elizabeth Vaughn of Mableton, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
