Joan Elizabeth Welch, 73 of Austell, died Thursday, March 26, 2009. She is survied by her son, David Brian Larsen; daughter, Leslie Ann Jacques of Powder Springs; sister, Beverly Leon Hayes of W. Seneca, NY; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Vernon Welch. Mrs. Welch worked in the legal profession. She was a veteran of the US Air Force. According to her wishes, the body was cremated. A private memorial service will be held.
