Jerry Ray Register

Jerry Ray Register, 78, of Mableton, Georgia, passed away at home on Monday, June 15, 2026, after a lengthy illness. He was born on January 11, 1948, to the late Milton Bill Register and Jewell Pearl Watkins Register.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Sandra Kay Register; his daughter, Tamela Kay Lively; his son, Billy Ray Register; his grandson, Austin Sherer; his sisters, Ida Faye Shaw, of Griffin, and Kathy Marilyn Lawrence, of Manchester; as well as a host of extended family and cherished friends.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00pm Friday, June 19, 2026 at Crest Lawn Memorial Park, Atlanta.

Jerry Ray Register will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
