Faye Weeks Jordan Moss, age 90 of Powder Springs, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021. She was born May 9, 1931, in the town of Winfield, Alabama. In addition to her parents, William Henry Weeks and Lucy Mim Erin Weeks, she was preceded in death by her seven siblings; her first husband, William Ralph Jordan; her second husband, Pope Daniel Moss, and her oldest son, Donald Wayne Jordan. Faye, affectionally called “Bummie” by her family and friends, was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and loyal friend. She was an excellent cook; everyone was welcome at her table. She loved vegetable gardening; working at Atlanta West Carpet, and was an avid Atlanta Braves fan for many years. Faye was a kind and selfless giver to anyone in need. She loved unconditionally! Her greatest joy in life was being with her family. She is survived by her two sons, Kenneth Jordan and Richard Jordan; six grandchildren, Aubrey Jordan, Amanda Smith, Angela Wilson, Tiffany Jusi, Dara Maxwell and Blair Jordan; and eight great grandchildren, Alexis Wagener, Ashton Wilson, Madison Smith, Morgan Smith, Ethan Maxwell, Cameron Maxwell, Gabriel Jusi, Alaina Jusi, Jackson Jordan and Anslee Gord. The family will receive friends Monday, May 24, from 5 to 9 pm at Roy Davis Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, May 25, at the funeral home, with burial in Powder Springs Memorial Gardens. Friends are invited to join the family following the graveside service at The Event Station on Marietta Street in downtown Powder Springs for food, drinks and fellowship.
