Doris Helen Palmer

Doris Helen Palmer, age 74 of Atlanta went home to be with her Lord on Friday evening, October 23, 2015.A homecoming celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel and will be officiated by her brother, Charles Martin. She was born on Sunday, March 30, 1941 to the late P.J. Martin and Dorothy Perryman Martin of Atlanta.She was retired from Sanderson Industries where she served as a machine operator.In addition to being an avid reader, she enjoyed painting on various surfaces (furniture, walls, frames,) and she would also find pleasure in writing. She is survived by her three sons, Anthony Palmer, Adrian Palmer and Andre Palmer, whom she was so proud of witnessing growing into the men they have become.
