Donald Wayne Tarbush, age 62 of Douglasville died July 6, 2013 at Wellstar Douglas Hospital in Douglasville.He is survived by his son, Marly and wife Michelle; daughter, Tiffany and husband Chris; grandchildren, Josh, Jessie, Jason and Ashton; brothers, Robert, Johnny, Phil; sister, Faye Jacob and faithful caregiver, Susan Anne Jerkins. Services will be announced at a later date.
