Decie Duncan, 86. of Douglasville, died December 2, 2013. She is survived by her son, Herman Franklin; daughters, Susie Sanchez, Katy Hayes; 6 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Orie.Decie enjoyed reading, writing letters, watching soap operas on TV, and also loved to cook. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday at Mount Harmony Memorial Gardens with Rev. Tim Ridgway officiating.
