Deborah Kay Lavin, 49 of Dallas, died Tuesday, September 1, 2009. She is survived by her husband, Michael Paul Lavin; sons, Andrew Burchett and Keith Burchett; daughter Amber Burchett & Austin Sams; brother, Michael Blanken and sister, Celeste Blanken. She enjoyed gardening, music, the companionship of her three chihauhaus, and her work as a massage therapist. She was of the Catholic faith.
