Cynthia Louise Blair, age 49 of Cleveland formerly of Douglasville, died Sunday, October 11, 2009 at her residence.She is survived by her parents, James and Sandra Blair of Douglasville; brothers, Van Blair of Alabama, Tony Blair of Pennsylvania, David Blair and Scott Blair both of Douglasville. Cynthia was an executive secretary and enjoyed cooking, fishing, and photography. A memorial service is planned for 2 pm Saturday, October 17, 2009 at Roy Davis Funeral Home chapel with Rev. John D. Allen officiating.In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the American Heart Association.
