Clara Mae Whitaker

Clara Mae Whitaker, age 78 of Austell died Monday, November 23, 2015 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital.She was born on November 14, 1937 to the late George W. and Mary Sue Lancaster in Temple, GA. She is survived by her sisters: Frances Willis of Villa Rica, Sibbie McGahee of North Carolina and Barbara Priester of Austell; brother: David “Smokie” Lancaster andLarry Lancaster both ofMableton; sister-in-laws, Tiney Lancaster and Margie Lancaster both of Mableton; 2 Daughters: Debbie and Sherrie; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Whitaker; siblings, Ruby Spinks, Lillie Mae Lancaster, Rosie Lee Lancaster, Hugh Lancaster, Howard Lancaster, Albert Lancaster, James Lancaster, and Robert Lancaster. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, November 27, 2015 at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel; interment, Mozley Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends on Friday from Noon until service.
