BarryD. McGinnis Sr., age 53 of Douglasville died Friday, May 13, 2011.Heis survived by his son, Barry D. McGinnis Jr. of Douglasville; daughters, Megan and her husband Shade Couch of Jacksonville, N.C.,Melia Stewart of Douglasville; mother, Auverne McGinnis of Douglasville; sisters, Joyce Young McGinnis of Douglasville, Melanie McGinnis of Virginia, Marcie Kilgore of Fayetteville, and Reggie Johnson and Deborah Johnson; 3 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be planned later in the week.
