Balinda Baxter Saylor

March 4, 1951 — October 5, 2025

Balinda Baxter Saylor, born on March 4, 1951, left this world on October 5, 2025, leaving behind a legacy filled with laughter, love, and cherished memories. Balinda was known for her vibrant spirit, evident in her enjoyment of watching cartoons and playing video games. She often spent hours immersed in word searches, delighting in the challenges they presented.

She is survived by her beloved son Marvin Saylor and her dear brother Harold (Anna) Baxter. Balinda was a proud grandmother to her two grandchildren, Austin Burney and Jennifer Wilbanks, and she was also blessed with the joy of being a great-grandmother to Denver Burney. In addition to her immediate family, she leaves behind her Uncle Emmitt (Pat) Johnson and many other relatives and friends who will remember her fondly.

Balinda's heart carried the weight of loss as she mourned the passing of her daughter Lee Burney and an infant at birth, as well as her brother James Edward Baxter and her granddaughter Maria Burney. Their memories were a part of her daily reflections, reminding her of the love and connections that define a family.

As we remember Balinda, we cherish not only her passion for fun and games but also the warmth she brought into the lives of those around her. Her laughter and spirit will be sorely missed, but her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
